Welcome to kepo4d. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the kepo4d website located at kepo4d.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot games, and any other gaming or wagering products offered through our platform (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using kepo4d in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using kepo4d immediately.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the kepo4d website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services available at kepo4d.cam.
• "Member" / "You" means any individual who has registered a verified account on kepo4d and is using the Services.
• "Operator" / "We" / "Us" means kepo4d and its internationally licensed operating entity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration and KYC verification on kepo4d.
• "Balance" means the total IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) funds held in a Member's kepo4d account, including deposited funds and any approved bonus credits separately designated as "Bonus Balance".
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money transaction placed by a Member on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gaming market offered on kepo4d.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded to a Member's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required under kepo4d's compliance obligations.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all transactions on kepo4d are denominated.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all scheduled events, draw times, and support hours referenced on kepo4d unless otherwise specified.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on kepo4d, you expressly confirm your acceptance of this Agreement. Acceptance is also implied by continued use of the Platform following any published amendments to these Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current version of this Agreement regularly.

kepo4d reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time with reasonable notice to Members via the email address registered to their account or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of kepo4d following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on kepo4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be a natural person and not a corporate or legal entity.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of kepo4d or any of its licensed game providers.
5. You must not have previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by kepo4d for violation of these Terms.
6. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on kepo4d. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification).
• Date of birth.
• Residential address in Indonesia.
• Active mobile phone number registered to an Indonesian network.
• Valid email address to which you have sole access.
• Preferred payment method details (for subsequent deposit and withdrawal processing).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify kepo4d support promptly of any changes. kepo4d accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep registration details up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kepo4d will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5. Account Verification (KYC)

kepo4d reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any Member at any point during their membership, including but not limited to at the time of registration, when processing a withdrawal request, or when suspicious activity is detected on an account.

Acceptable identity documents include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk).
• Indonesian Passport.
• Indonesian Driver's License (SIM — Surat Izin Mengemudi) with accompanying supporting documentation.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion. kepo4d may suspend or permanently close any account where the Member fails to satisfactorily complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe as communicated by our support team.

6. Deposits

All deposits on kepo4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method and account verification level and is displayed at the point of transaction. kepo4d does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which kepo4d accepts no responsibility.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. kepo4d does not accept deposits from payment accounts held by third parties. Any deposit received from a third-party payment account may be returned less any applicable processing fees, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

7. Withdrawals

Members may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance (excluding any uncleared Bonus Balance) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. All withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to a payment account held in the Member's own name and registered to the same individual as the kepo4d account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per 24-hour period are displayed within the Member's account dashboard and may vary by account tier and verification status.

kepo4d aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically within 15–60 minutes of approval.
• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danam on): Typically within 1–3 hours of approval during banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB).

kepo4d reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be declined or held where kepo4d has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, the Member will be notified and provided with an opportunity to resolve the matter with our compliance team.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

kepo4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this clause, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses on kepo4d unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise:

1. All bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
2. The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 10x (ten times) the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.
3. During the bonus wagering period, a maximum single bet or wager of Rp 100.000 per round or event applies, unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at kepo4d's discretion.
4. Bonus Balance has a validity period as stated in each promotion. Any uncleared Bonus Balance that expires will be removed from the account without compensation.
5. Bonuses are personal to the Member to whom they are issued and may not be transferred to another account.
6. kepo4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Active wagering requirements at the time of any such change will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time the bonus was awarded.
7. Members who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinating wagers across accounts, or exploiting promotional terms — will have their bonuses revoked, their winnings forfeited, and their accounts may be permanently closed.

9. Betting Rules

All wagers placed on kepo4d are subject to the specific rules for each game or betting market, which are published within the respective game interface or market page. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on kepo4d:

• All bets are final once confirmed. kepo4d does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except where a market is subsequently voided by kepo4d in accordance with these Terms.
• kepo4d reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were published in error (including but not limited to manifest pricing errors or technical faults). Members will be notified of any voided wagers and the staked amount will be returned to their account.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, kepo4d's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Clause 17.
• kepo4d utilises certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all casino and togel game outcomes. Results are independently audited and are not subject to manipulation by kepo4d or any Member.
• For live sports betting markets, any bet accepted after the relevant event has concluded will be voided and the staked amount returned, regardless of the outcome of the event.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of wager placement. kepo4d reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual Members or markets at any time.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kepo4d and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, accessing, or operating more than one account on kepo4d.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or any subsequent stage of account use.
• Using kepo4d for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse or arbitrage betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to disguise your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards kepo4d staff or other Members via any communication channel.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the kepo4d Platform, including but not limited to the kepo4d brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of kepo4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right, title, or interest in or to the Platform's intellectual property is granted to Members.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of kepo4d.

12. Privacy & Data

kepo4d collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of kepo4d's Privacy Policy.

kepo4d implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Member account data, payment information, and KYC documents are stored on secured servers with restricted access controls. kepo4d does not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Members may submit a formal request to access, correct, or delete their personal data by contacting kepo4d's support team at the email address listed in Clause 17. Requests will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.

13. Responsible Gaming

kepo4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow Members to manage their wagering activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all Members from within their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum loss thresholds.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Configure periodic on-screen reminders of your current session duration and net gaming balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from kepo4d. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible during the selected exclusion period.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kepo4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

kepo4d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kepo4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kepo4d reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time for maintenance, security, or commercial reasons.

Nothing in this clause shall limit kepo4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

kepo4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kepo4d will provide Members with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to their account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time a wager is placed will govern the resolution of any dispute arising from that wager. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms before placing any wager. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kepo4d's internationally licensed operating entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to kepo4d's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being referred to support, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution procedures of kepo4d's licensing jurisdiction. kepo4d's decision on all gaming disputes (including but not limited to wager outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions) shall be final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described above.

Nothing in this clause prevents kepo4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or enforce any provision of these Terms where delay would cause irreparable harm.
